You certify that you are the owner of all materials submitted to Balfron Designs for Processing, or that you have obtained written permission from the copyright owner to use any Content, including, but not limited to, photographs, video, film, slides, negatives, music and/or text. You also agree to protect and indemnify Balfron Designs (and its assignees) from any costs related to copyright or intellectual property infringement.Limitation of LiabilityBalfron Designs will make every effort to care for and protect your Content from damage or loss.
